Orion International was founded in 1991 by five former Junior Military Officers who met while working for a recruiting firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The team had successfully thrived as a cohesive unit in the midst of a fiercely competitive environment due to their cooperation, idea sharing, and their ability to put the interest of the group ahead of their individual interests.
