Orion has state-of-the-art offices located in Raleigh, North Carolina (corporate headquarters); Austin, Texas; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Cincinnati, Ohio; San Diego, California; and Sarasota, Florida. The positions that we most frequently recruit for are Account Executives and Candidate Recruiters, followed by Production Assistants and Corporate Staff. All of our Account Executives and Candidate Recruiters are former military professionals, granting our team a unique perspective and understanding when helping candidates make the transition into the civilian workforce.

Orion has an annual leadership development program led by the President and CEO to prepare top-tier employees for the potential to earn a leadership role or become a Partner within the company.
