Position Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in driving robust quality systems and serve as the quality subject matter expert to the High Performance Work teams on the production floor. This is a high impact position that will allow you to leverage your problem solving, project management, and technical skills in a dynamic and diverse production environment. Additional responsibilities will include:
• Performing root cause investigations as part of the company’s Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program.
• Supporting new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. Kaizen and Six Sigma).
• Performing internal quality audits to ensure compliance to the company’s quality systems.

Position Details:
Salary: $65K-$75K

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline.
• Must have strong Project Management and leadership skills.
• Technical experience in machining or electronics is a plus.
