President’s Reception 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Enjoy an informal reception with Orion’s leadership team, other clients, and interviewing candidates. This is a terrific opportunity to observe the networking and interpersonal skills of our candidates.
Tuesday, June 8th
Distinguished Candidate Interviews 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Conduct individual interviews with JMOs specifically matched to your hiring needs.
Our Distinguished Candidate Conference Includes
Client presentations for a 30-minute block of time to present on your company and available positions on Monday, June 7th, between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm. We recommend a C-level or VP Presenter. This is your chance to brief the candidates on your company, the available position(s), and any other pertinent info.
President’s Reception, to meet and socialize with the candidates before interviews the following day.
Pre-screened, assessed, qualified Officer Candidates suitably matched for your particular hiring needs.
A private and professional interview setting.
Personalized attention to ensure the best in customer service, including insight on the candidates and advice on the most effective hiring strategy.
Participation Costs
Cost of the hotel room in which interviews will be held ($189/night), plus tax.
Fee (applicable only upon hiring). Previously negotiated contract rate.
In addition, Orion’s Executive Leadership Team will be available throughout this event to meet and discuss your company’s talent planning and how our dedicated on-boarding programs, assessment tools, and other enterprise-scale service offerings may be able to support your organization in 2010 and beyond.
