| Hiring Conference |

Orion holds approximately 75 Hiring Conferences annually, across the United States. A hiring conference is your opportunity to interview up to ten qualified, prescreened candidates, all in a single day. You will have the opportunity to present information on your company and available positions the afternoon prior to interviews; we also offer a networking event to meet the candidates the evening before.
Throughout the Hiring Conference, you will receive insight and advice from your Account Executive on the most effective hiring strategy. | Mini-Conference® |
