Junior Military Officers

  • These candidates have graduated from our nation's academies and other tier 1 schools, and have completed their service obligation.
  • The work experience of a JMO far exceeds that of their peers. By age 25 they have already led teams of 40 to 200 people and have managed multi-million dollar projects.

Military Technicians

  • Ideal for positions in electronics, technical and mechanical fields.
  • These candidates have the best training and experiences in their field of expertise.
  • A reliable and skilled workforce that will bring unparalleled work ethic, proficiency, and maturity to your company.

Detroit, Michigan Hiring Conference

  • Client presentations for 30 minutes on Sunday, February 26, 2017 (between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) to familiarize the candidates with your company and the positions for which they will be interviewing (highly recommended but not required).
  • Pre-screened, qualified, and suitably matched Junior Military Officers, Non Commissioned Officers, and Military Technicians recruited specifically for your hiring needs.
  • A private and professional interview setting at the hotel. Interviews will be Monday, February 27 (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
  • Personalized attention to ensure the best in customer service, including insight on the candidates and advice on the most effective hiring strategy.
  • "14 Days...Done!" Our goal is that within 14 days of the conference our candidates will have completed the hiring process and accepted your offer.

Participation Costs

  • Hotel suite in which interviews will be held. All rooms feature a separate sitting area to provide a professional interview setting.
  • Hiring fee (applicable only upon hiring one of our candidates).
