We conduct 48 hiring conferences annually held across the country, thoroughly covering any region in which you may wish to work. Orion International focuses on corporations that value the unique skills and experiences of the military service member, and quite frequently, former Orion placements are among the corporate interviewers. As always, we charge no fee of any kind to the candidates to attend. We are paid by the companies upon successful placement of a candidate.

Hiring Conferences are not Job Fairs. The companies and candidates that attend are by invitation only. Further, our team of recruiters provides well-honed interview preparation and client company data to those candidates attending.

Your Orion International recruiter will work with you months in advance to determine the best course of action for your individual needs. He will recommend a hiring conference to attend based on those needs, but it does not stop there. The companies that attend have specific requirements and so do you, so our recruiters will work hard to match your skills and preferences to the company positions available at a hiring conference.
