Orion International is facilitating facilitating a number of Military Hiring Conferences for The White House in support of Joining Forces.
As a participant in an event, your organization will have access to transitioning military candidates with Operational Leadership experience, discipline, outstanding work ethic, and relocation paid by the military.
These are NOT job fairs where you may spend all day meeting with hundreds of candidates without making any hires. Instead, these are professional hiring events where you will have a scheduled line-up of at least 10 candidates to interview in a private and professional setting. Candidates will be pre-screened, qualified, and suitably matched for your positions. We are asking clients to be prepared to hire at least 5 to 10 candidates from this event.

Enlisted Soldiers, NCOs, and Officers preparing for an Honorable Discharge from the military
Combat Veterans
Strong operational leaders and team players
Strong desire to participate in training programs
Available to begin working within 3 months after event, with paid relocation
