These Hiring Conferences are co-sponsored by The White House Joining Forces initiative to Hire Veterans and Orion International, the nation´s largest military placement firm.
Unlike a job fair where you may spend a day talking with several dozen employers without a single interview as a result, these events are designed to get you hired!
Day 1 of a Hiring Event will feature a full morning of small group Interview Preparation with Orion´s Recruiters, and an afternoon with briefings by Hiring Managers from each of the companies, to familiarize you with the interviewers, companies, and available positions.
On Day 2, you will have pre-arranged interviews directly with Hiring Managers for positions for which you are well-suited, and match your background, qualifications, and preferences.
Each client company is committed to hiring multiple job seekers from this event, and it is our goal that you will have an offer of employment within two weeks following this event.

Job Seeker Requirements
Recent or Pending Honorable Discharge – Recent Iraq and Afghanistan Combat Vets preferred
ETS or Retirement date no earlier than 9 months prior to event
Geographically flexible and willing to relocate
Must be a team player with strong leadership ability, and outstanding work ethic
Available to begin your new career within 3 months after event
