Position Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a company expert at customer sites, ensuring that the advanced lighting systems are commissioned properly and serviced post-installation. You will be an integral part of the company’s customer-focused business model as customers are the foundation of its business. Additional responsibilities will include:
• Delivering exemplary customer service to customers in the field.
• Becoming proficient in servicing all company stems while following field service procedures.
• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial system installations.
• Coordinating with on-site contractors and facility managers to ensure proper system installation.
• Focusing on lifecycle product service (troubleshooting, repair, training end-users, and upgrades).
• Working independently from a home office to accommodate the ever changing needs and priorities of customers.
• Serving as a technical expert for legacy systems and products.

Position Details:
Location: Coopersburg, PA
Salary: $55K-$60K
Shift Work: None, must be flexible to handle unscheduled calls in your territory.
Travel Requirements: Up to 30%, depending on location.

• Computer networking experience is desired.
• Must be highly organized and accustomed to a fast-paced work schedule.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Initially, you will take part in an intensive sales development regimen that will involve training sessions at Lutron’s headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. Position Description:
