Salary:Salary: Hourly pay will initially be $22/hr during the first 60-90-day period of training, but after 90 days you will start receiving significant incentive based commission and significantly boost your income potential.
1st Year Expected Income is over $80K. The income structure of this role is a unique structure. Do not place too much importance on the hourly rates—focus primarily on the total annual income. For the position of UPS Technician, Testing Technician, and Industrial Technician none of those positions make less than $80,000 annually—this has been proven for many years with the company in the technicians they have hired. This is not a sales position. The commission structure is based on the work you complete for clients. Think about it as receiving a portion of every job you complete. Every install and service call you do for a client you get paid a commission or a percentage of that job. So, do not think of it as commission in the traditional sales sense of the word but more as essentially part company ownership and that you are rewarded monetarily for the work you complete.
