Patrick Hennessey is originally from Western New York and graduated from Niagara University in 2010, where he received a BS in Philosophy and minored in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Law & Jurisprudence.
Upon graduation, Patrick commissioned into the Marine Corps through the OCC program and became an Infantry Officer. As an Infantry Officer, he served as a Weapons Platoon Commander and Company Executive Officer with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines in Camp Lejeune. While with 3/2, Patrick deployed to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as a part of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2013. Additionally, he deployed to Bulgaria in 2014 as a part of the Black Sea Rotational Force 14.
Patrick transitioned from the Marine Corps in March 2015 and joined Orion International as an Officer Recruiter in April, working with transitioning Navy, Army, USMC, Coast Guard, and Air Force Officers.

Adam Harrison was commissioned through OCS after graduating from Brigham Young University in 2008. After completing Air Defense Artillery BOLC he was assigned to 5-5 Air Defense Artillery BN (Avenger/C-RAM) at Fort Lewis, WA where he served as an Avenger Platoon Leader and then C-RAM Platoon Leader.
While at 5-5 Adam's Battery won the Henry Knox Award, recognizing them as the best Artillery Battery in the Army. Following a 12 month deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Adam took an assignment at 4/2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team as the Air Defense Air Space Management Cell OIC; an O-4 billet. After being assigned to 4/2 for only a few months Adam was nominated by his branch to serve as an Aide-de-Camp at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command in Fort Knox, KY.
After spending a year as the Aide to BG Henry Huntley and getting pinned a Captain, Adam was assigned to 3/1 Infantry Brigade Combat Team as an S3 Air. Following 3/1 Adam was sent to the Captains Career Course at Fort Sill, OK, graduating in the top of his Class and winning the COL Massello Tactics Award. His follow on assignment was to 5-52 Air Defense Artillery BN (Patriot/THAAD) at Fort Bliss, TX. It was shortly after arriving at 5-52 that Adam chose to separate from active duty. Adam maintains his commission as a drilling member for the Ohio Army National Guard.
Adam came to Orion to act as a liaison with civilian companies and provide exceptional opportunities to transitioning Army, Navy, USMC, Coast Guard and Air Force Officers as they begin their next career.

David, originally from Arlington, TX, is a 2006 graduate of Naval Academy Prep school and 2010 graduate of US Naval Academy, where he received a BS in English. David played defensive back for the Varsity football team, as well. Upon graduation, he served as the First Lieutenant and Combat Information Center Officer with MCM Crew Conflict. While onboard, David did two deployments to Bahrain where he conducted mine hunting and sweeping exercises in the Persian Gulf.
David's mother is a Vietnam Air Force veteran who served as a medic in the Philippine Islands at Clark Air Base. His grandfather is a World War II Veteran and served in the Army.
David joined Orion in 2013 to work with Navy, Coast Guard and Air Force Officers as they prepare for their transition into Corporate America.
